It is not because you removed some of the foam that it does not boil in the same way the second time. It would do the same anyway.

actually, drinking it in tea glasses is a tradition in some parts of Turkey.
It is called Süvari Kahvesi, cavalry’s coffee in English. They drink it on the last half hour of a hookah session
And its exactly the same, except in a tea glass. As this fine gentleman has done here.
Everyone talks about the precious foam, yet, even here in your video, by the end, the foam is gone before you can drink it.
So, how do I keep the foam ???
